Which package of the Yahoo Web Hosting for owning a domain is the best?

Just receive a mail from Yahoo, offering .99/1year for a domain name. I also checked the website which offering another .99/first 3 years for a domain name. What is the different? How can I check? Which one is the best?

You need to be careful if you get a domain with Yahoo. The $1.99 is only for the first year, and for the next year, they will automatically charge you credit card with the full amount ($34.95/year or something more).
It happened to me, so I would not want that to happen to you or anybody else. Their support is also poor so forget about getting back your money. The other offers on their website got the same trick around them. Don’t fall for them.
Just go get a domain from a registrar that doesn’t suck like Dotster: http://hostingsthatsuck.com/dotster-web-hosting-sucks
or just go with Godaddy.
