Has any one used or is using Netfirms web hosting? How are they and how is their uptime. I’m looking to register a domain name with them and take advantage of their free web hosting and I want to know if anyone’s had any experience with them, good or bad. Please help!!!

I would like to open a store online to sell some different things. I have many people interested in it, but I don’t want to put a lot of money into it until I know it’s going to work. Is there a good, reliable web hosting site that is free to start with,and if you like it,can upgrade to premium where you get a domain name, etc?

I’ve been using free web hosting for a couple of years now, and I think it’s time for me to register a domain name and start a REAL site. I have read numerous reviews about different web hosts to later discover elsewhere that they’re nothing but scams. I am aware that many of the "top 10 best web hosts" sites that show up so frequently are mainly just given to sites who bid for the highest mark. I want to make sure I am hosting my site at a safe, reliable, and guaranteed place before I give out my credit card number!
I’m looking for a web host that allows me to have a good amount of space and bandwidth, a WordPress install, and 1 domain name included for a decent pay-annually price.
Any recommendations are extremely appreciated, and if anyone has any experience with certain web hosts, please share! Thank you so much.
I have reviewed several "top 10", "top 25" & "best of" sites regarding both of these and find that there is some similarity in favorite sites for the domain name registrat and web hosting site….but i have also found that many prefer to register their domain name with one site and pick up the hosting and design from another? So, I am trying to find a definitive answer as to which service provider sites are the best for both, and should i use the same or different sites for completing the multiple tasks in trying to register my site and get it up and running asap????
I am in the process of planning a web site. I already own the domain name but not sure where to go next. I have some limited computer skills but do not know the first thing about desighning a web site. since i have a limited budget I would like to find a hosting company that is highly rated as far as adequate band width, and customer service etc. but will not break my pocket book on a monthly basis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
