Here’s a really easy lesson on how to put a HTML Email form on your website without leaning any hard programming in languages like CGI or PHP. HTML Email Forms are Web Forms that go on your web-site. When someone fills in the form and hits the submit button you get an email of what they put into the web form. Then you can simply reply back to them. A website contact form is a very simple example of a HTML Email form.
(In this tutorial the~The} only skills you will need to have in this tutorial is cut and paste and maybe a little bit of HTML design skills, but that’s not really needed.
Step #1. Go over to http://www.HTMLEmailform.org and sign up for a free account. Once you do this you’ll see a screen that asks you to name your web form, fill in where you want the results emailed to and if you want the company to host the web form or not. For this answer choose “I will put the form on my own website”
Step #2: After you press the NEXT button you can add fields to your email web-form. To start with I would leave the fields the just how they are. This will make you a basic contact web-form that you can use and see how everything works. When you get better with it you can remove and add these form fields.
Step Three:Step Number Three: Hit Next and you can check a box that will email the visitor who filled in the web-form a thank you e-mailemail message. Usually you just want this e-mail to tell them that you received their HTML Form submission and you’ll get back to them.
Step #4: Hit the NEXT Button and you’ll have all the HTML code for your new form. Copy-and-Paste it into your webpage. Then just upload the web page to your web-site and test your new HTML form.
Congratulations you are done. You can quickly build Email Forms in just a couple of minutes without doing any programming or knowing any difficult programming languages.
